Returning/Cancellation Fee
- Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days it is under manufacturer warranty, if any exists. Manufacturer’s warranties vary by product category. Some products are not returnable if opened. Sealed Retail Boxed items are not returnable when opened.
All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. Customer agrees that it will be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken.
- Licenses, Digital Goods, Services or non Physical Goods Such as Service Contracts or Agreements are not returnable.
- All replacements are shipped ground unless paid by the customer for faster a method. Premium Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Physically damaged products are not returnable. Please notify the shipper immediately if you receive damaged merchandise.
Product Damaged in Transit/ Shipping: If you receive a package/box that shows obvious sign of damage, please refuse the shipment/Package. The shipping carrier( ex. FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS) is responsible for these damages, not you. Upon opening the package, if you discover that the item was damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier immediately for an inspection. Then please contact Rapid Solution Technology and Rapid Solution Technology will file a claim.
If you received a damaged Package/Box, you must report it to Rapid Solution Technology within 2 Business Days. If you fail to report within 2 Business days, Rapid Solution Technology will not be responsible for the damage claims.
Defective/ DOA: If you received a defective/DOA item, a replacement will be shipped to you. For RMA claims of Dead on arrival product a 50% RMA Fee will be issued if the product is found to be working.
- Do not attempt to send something other than what we sent you. All shipments and serial numbers are scanned and or video recorded prior to shipment.
Before you return a product, you must get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Rapid Solution Technology’s RMA department. Products returned without an RMA number are not considered returns. Rapid Solution Technology must receive all incoming merchandise within 10 days otherwise RMA will be void.
- Restocking fee.
If product is in New Condition -unopened original box ————————————————————————-20% Restocking
If product is in New Condition -opened original box(Comes with all accessories) ——————————-30% Restocking
If product is in New Condition -opened box(
missing box or any other accessories such as cable, brackets etc…) ————————————————–50% Restocking
If the order sent to processing and Customer Cancelled the order… ————————————————30% Restocking
( will be charged based on the total amount of the order.)
If product is in used condition, return for No-Needed anymore or similar reason ————- ——————-up to 80% Restocking.

Shipping cost will not be Refunded. Tax will be refunded.
